Astral Projection - a Real Out of Body Experience

Astral projection, in esotericism, describes an intentional out-of-body experience, where your "astral body" that is separate from the physical body, also assumed to be your soul, is capable of traveling outside it throughout the fifth dimension, in other words 'astral plane', to wherever you desire. In the “astral plane”, everything from this dimension exists but the physics are altered, allowing people to fly to landmarks, meet other people and do new things. It is a supernatural phenomenon, but it takes a lot of time, research, and effort to learn and master the art.

Scientists and sceptics believe that there is no way consciousness can exist outside of the brain and the simplest and best explanation for 'out-of-body experiences' is that the person is merely fantasizing and dreaming.
